Ayia Napa is often reduced to nightlife, yet the wider area includes family beaches, residential pockets and the protected landscape toward Cape Greco. The exact side of town changes the holiday.

Separate the centre from the region
A central villa makes restaurants and nightlife easy but can bring late noise and traffic. West of town, Makronissos and Ayia Thekla feel more beach-residential, with longer walks or short drives.
East toward Cape Greco, villas can feel detached from the resort. This suits coves, trails and boat days, but groceries and evening meals may require transport.
